![]() ![]() The apology concerns the particular state at which I have decided to submit the results of my efforts to the reader. The reader will have to decide whether he wants to accept the values in the service of which I have used that knowledge. I believe I have made honest use of what I know about the world in which we live. For this, scientific discussion is a means, not an end. My aim is to picture an ideal, to show how it can be achieved, and to explain what its realization would mean in practice.
